  • Authenticity
  • Likability

Interview Highlight:

The road diverges, which road to do you take?
Do you take the avoidance road or do you take the ‘I’ll try this’ road - the ‘giving-it-a-go’ road?

I think that’s the tipping point because when you actually give something a go and you actually try it out, you kind of make it your own a little bit too. People are often very surprised, I talk about it in the book, the epiphanies people have: ‘You know what, this actually wasn’t as hard as I thought it was, and I’m actually a little bit more capable than I thought I was'. On the other side of fear there’s some pretty amazing discoveries that can happen. But nothing will happen if you don’t take the leap.
- Professor Andy Molinsky
